Faith Chronicles

A month of daily readings, written by Dr RJ Sing for his church every month from 2007 until his passing in 2024. Pastor Zubeda Sing wrote alongside him, and she continues them today. Each reading has its scripture, the teaching, a confession and the day's Bible reading plan.

In 2021 and 2022 he also wrote daily messages for believers in business and at work — the Marketplace, kept with the rest of his writing on his own site.

The Spirit’s Clear Mandate to Apostle Paul

Pastor Zubeda Sing

“But when God, who had chosen me and set me apart before I was born, and called me through His grace, was pleased to reveal His Son in me so that I might preach Him among the Gentiles [as the good news—the way of salvation], I did not immediately consult with anyone [for guidance regarding God’s call and His revelation to me]. Nor did I [even] go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me; but I went to Arabia and stayed awhile, and afterward returned once more to Damascus” Gal 1 v15-17

    Prayer of Agreement

“Again I say to you, that if two believers on earth agree [that is, are of one mind, in harmony] about anything that they ask [within the will of God], it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in My name [meeting together as My followers], I am there among them.” Matthew 18v19-20

There is power in agreement. When you pray, find someone to stand in agreement with you so that God will hear you and answer your prayer. The meaning of agreement : it is…

    Offense Driven Planning

“Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather resolve this, not to put a stumbling block or a cause to fall.” Romans 14v13

When we are offended we are blinded to many things. We become completely absorbed in the offense and we do not see people because we can only remember that they have offe…

Strife : A Hindrance to Manifestation

“You are still worldly [controlled by ordinary impulses, the sinful capacity]. For as long as there is jealousy and strife and discord among you, are you not unspiritual, and are you not walking like ordinary men [unchanged by faith]” 1Cor 3v3

Strife will stop the manifestation of God’s blessing from your life. You just cannot afford to have strife in your life. Strife in your life is dangerous, it is more pote…

The Giving Spirit of the Thriver

    Maintaining Good Relationships

“Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it” Prov 3v27

Withholding good is not a neutral thing. The proverb assumes the power to help is already in your hand, and it calls the delay itself a wrong. Many relationships are not …
