The partnership letter for July 2024

Dear beloved family of God

We greet you in the wonderful and glorious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Who is like our God, who are we that He is mindful of us. What a privilege to know him as Abba Father. He knows everything about us. He never leaves us nor forsakes us. He remains faithful even when we are not faithful.

I trust you had a great month in June. We celebrated our Fathers and we give thanks unto the Lord for them in our lives. We even had another addition to the family, Devon and Prishanta’s baby girl Edith. We as a church are truly blessed.

I know many of you are facing challenges in different areas of your life, but we pray for you daily, that God would open up the eyes of your understanding and you will come to understand his love for you. Nothing and no one can separate you from the love of God.

We are looking forward to exciting things in this month of July. Our discipleship class is growing and every member and leader is growing and flourishing in the house of God. Our youth are growing and starting early serving in the house of God. Our praise and worship team is a testimony to this. Robin who does not like noise is now playing the drums. We marvel at this, as this was a child who the devil tried his best to destroy. However, our God’s plans and purposes will never fail.

Set your heart and mind this month of July to be found in the house of God. Make a commitment to yourself to participate in the economy of the kingdom of God, sow joyfully that you may receive a bountiful harvest in every area of your life. Pursue God relentlessly and your life will be filled with pleasures forever more.

We continue to pray for you that you will be established in God and find yourself continually in the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. Only He can keep you from falling and present you faultless before the throne of Grace. Be encouraged and be strengthened with might in your inner man. The joy of the Lord is your strength.

We look forward to doing church with you this month of July, together we will win and overcome every obstacle. No matter the trial or tribulation we may face but in unity we will have strength and in Unity God will command his blessings.

We love and appreciate you all very much.

Called by God or Called by Man

“Now the LORD had told Samuel in his ear a day before Saul came, saying, Tomorrow about this time I will send thee a man out of the land of Benjamin, and thou shalt anoint him to be captain over my people Israel, that he may save my people out of the hand of the Philistines: for I have looked upon my people, because their cry is come unto me.” 1 Samuel 9v15

The people of God were crying out for a king to rule over them as the world and the various nations had. They did not want God to rule over them with a priest and prophet…

Called to Be a Father of Many Nations

“The LORD had said to Abram, “Leave your native country, your relatives, and your father’s family, and go to the land that I will show you. I will make you into a great nation. All the families on earth will be blessed through you.”” Genesis 12v1-3

Abraham was called of God to leave his country and relatives and go to a country God was calling him to. The promise for his obedience was that he would become a great na…

    Called to Be a Prophet

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Overcoming Challenges

    Overcoming Critics

“So then, my dear ones, just as you have always obeyed [my instructions with enthusiasm], not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence, continue to work out your salvation [that is, cultivate it, bring it to full effect, actively pursue spiritual maturity] with awe-inspired fear and trembling [using serious caution and critical self-evaluation to avoid anything that might offend God or discredit the name of Christ]. For it is [not your strength, but it is] God who is effectively at work in you, both to will and to work [that is, strengthening, energizing, and creating in you the longing and the ability to fulfill your purpose] for His good pleasure.” Philippians 2v12

No matter how well you do or how successful you are, you will always have to face critics in your life. It seems as if some people were born to criticize. It seems like a…

Put on the Armour of God

“As to the rest, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might; put on the whole armour of God, for your being able to stand against the wiles of the devil, because we have not the wrestling with blood and flesh, but with the principalities, with the authorities, with the world-rulers of the darkness of this age, with the spiritual things of the evil in the heavenly places; because of this take ye up the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to resist in the day of the evil, and all things having done--to stand.” Ephesians 6v10-13

    Renew your Mind

“And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.” Romans 12v1-3
