Called to Be a Conqueror

“Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors and gain an overwhelming victory through Him who loved us [so much that He died for us]. For I am convinced [and continue to be convinced—beyond any doubt] that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present and threatening, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the [unlimited] love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Each and every day there are good things and there are bad or not so good things that you are faced with. What should your response be? Let us start out with what the scripture says, this is the day the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. So give today a chance, knowing full well that Jesus came and made us more than conquerors in this life. We will prevail and overcome every obstacle and challenge that faces us.
Let today be a day of gladness, do not drag the storms of yesterday into today. Do not overcharge today with tomorrows fears and worries. You have the right to enjoy today, because sufficient unto today, is the troubles thereof. God has planned good things for today for you. Something good is going to happen in your life today. Embrace the joy of today and declare, I am more than an overcome in this life. Nothing can separate me from the love of God, so come what may, I am a believer and I say so.
