The partnership letter for August 2024

Dear beloved family of God

We welcome the month of August and we celebrate women’s month. We appreciate the women God has placed in our lives. We give thanks to all the women and the various roles they play in our lives and in our society. Thank you, Jesus, for each and every one of the women you have called and anointed to help in the work of the ministry.

June was a month of considerable loss and pain as we laid to rest our beloved Pastor and Father. It was indeed challenging but as a church we pulled through. Together we stood and embraced the challenges that came with the loss of our Dr Roshan Sing. We will never forget the teachings or the mighty works God worked through him. I ask each one to remember the lessons he taught and carry forward the legacy he left behind. He was indeed a mighty man of God. July was an amazing month, yes, we faced challenges but through it all we came through. Thank you to each one of you for your faithfulness to the house of God. Thank you for each and every one of you for your sowing in to the kingdom of God. We will never know lack in our lives. God provides every resource needed so we walk in the fullness of the blessing of increase and overflow.

Be strong and of good courage as we walk together this month of August. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but our God delivers us from them all. Walk in the wisdom of God, for Jesus is our wisdom. The spirit of wisdom rests on us to do valiantly in every area of our lives. We are the solution the world is looking for. I thank God for each and every one of you, thank you for your support and encouragement daily.

This month of August we will be relentless in our giving!

We love and appreciate you all very much.

    Be a Giver

“give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, shall they give into your bosom. For with what measure ye mete it shall be measured to you again.” Luke 6v38

God, our God is a giver. He gave us Jesus who gave his life for us and gave us salvation, making us a new species of being. We were not entitled to this salvation but God…

    I Am Anointed to Give

“But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.” 1 John 2v26-27

The anointing destroys every yoke and lifts every burden. This means we may have come into this life with lack and insufficiency, but we do not have to stay there. We hav…

    Power to Create Wealth

“And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.” Deuteronomy 8v18

It is God alone, who gives us the power to create wealth. We are not only called to receive when we give but we are also positioning ourselves for the overflow in our liv…

    My Giving Attracts God’s Attention

“There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of what was called the Italian Regiment, a devout man and one who feared God with all his household, who gave alms generously to the people, and prayed to God always. About the ninth hour of the day he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God coming in and saying to him, “Cornelius!”” Acts 10v1-2

Cornelius was a Roman Centurion. A man who was not entitled to the covenant of God but he was influenced by God to be devout. He was giving of his wealth and resources to…

He Gives Seed to the Sower

““For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater,” Isaiah 55v10

Giving is sowing and sowing is giving. It takes great courage to take your money and sow faithfully into the house of God and even to those in need. You think of all the …

    Give in Faith

“For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.” James 2v26

Faith without works cannot be called faith. “Faith without works is dead” (2:26), and a dead faith is worse than no faith at all. Faith must work; it must produce; it mus…

Identify a Need and Meet the Need

“For it pleased those from Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor among the saints who are in Jerusalem. It pleased them indeed, and they are their debtors. For if the Gentiles have been partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister to them in material things.” Romans 15v27

There was a need amongst the people of Jerusalem and the people from Macedonia and Achaia saw the need. They then decided to meet that need by sowing towards the need of …

    Thanksgiving Offering

“Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches. Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.” Galatians 6v6-10

We are taught the word of God by the Pastors and teachers in our local church. The word transforms our life because it is preached by the anointing and power. There is a …

    Giving with a Willing Heart

“Now when she had weaned him, she took him up with her, with three bulls, one ephah of flour, and a skin of wine, and brought him to the house of the LORD in Shiloh. And the child was young. Then they slaughtered a bull, and brought the child to Eli. And she said, “O my lord! As your soul lives, my lord, I am the woman who stood by you here, praying to the LORD. For this child I prayed, and the LORD has granted me my petition which I asked of Him. Therefore I also have lent him to the LORD; as long as he lives he shall be lent to the LORD.” So they worshiped the LORD there.” 1 Samuel 1v24-28

    Give Sacrificially

“Now Jesus sat opposite the treasury and saw how the people put money into the treasury. And many who were rich put in much. Then one poor widow came and threw in two mites, which make a quadrans. So He called His disciples to Himself and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all those who have given to the treasury; for they all put in out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all that she had, her whole livelihood.”” Mark 12v41

“For Barnabas was a good man [privately and publicly—his godly character benefited both himself and others] and he was full of the Holy Spirit and full of faith [in Jesus the Messiah, through whom believers have everlasting life]. And a great number of people were brought to the Lord. And Barnabas left for Tarsus to search for Saul; and when he found him, he brought him back to Antioch. For an entire year they met [with others] in the church and instructed large numbers; and it was in Antioch that the disciples were first called Christians.” Acts 11v24

Casting My Bread on the Water

“Cast your bread on the surface of the waters, [be diligently active, make thoughtful decisions], for you will find it after many days. Give a portion to seven, or even [divide it] to eight, for you do not know what misfortune may occur on the earth. If the clouds are full [of rain], they empty themselves on the earth; and if a tree falls toward the south or toward the north, in the place where the tree falls, there it lies. He who watches the wind [waiting for all conditions to be perfect] will not sow [seed], and he who looks at the clouds will not reap [a harvest].” Ecclesiastes 11v1-4

    Faith Based Giving

“But without faith it is impossible to [walk with God and] please Him, for whoever comes [near] to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He rewards those who [earnestly and diligently] seek Him. By faith [with confidence in God and His word] Noah, being warned by God about events not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his family. By this [act of obedience] he condemned the world and became an heir of the righteousness which comes by faith.” Hebrews 11v6-7

    Your Giving Speaks for you

“Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and alms deeds which she did. And it came to pass in those days, that she fell sick, and died: and when they had washed her, they laid her in an upper chamber. And as Lydda was nigh unto Joppa, the disciples, hearing that Peter was there, sent two men unto him, entreating him, Delay not to come on unto us. And Peter arose and went with them. And when he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them. But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning to the body, he said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes; and when she saw Peter, she sat up. And he gave her his hand, and raised her up; and calling the saints and widows, he presented her alive.” Acts 9v36

And she said unto her husband, Behold now, I perceive that this is an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually. Let us make a little chamber, I pray thee, on the wall; and let us set for him there a bed, and a table, and a stool, and a candlestick: and it shall be, when he cometh to us, that he shall turn in thither. And it fell on a day, that he came thither, and he turned into the chamber, and lay there. And he said to Gehazi his servant, Call this Shunammite. And when he had called her, she stood before him.
