Faith Based Giving

“But without faith it is impossible to [walk with God and] please Him, for whoever comes [near] to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He rewards those who [earnestly and diligently] seek Him. By faith [with confidence in God and His word] Noah, being warned by God about events not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his family. By this [act of obedience] he condemned the world and became an heir of the righteousness which comes by faith.”
We give in faith, we receive by faith. Faith is our method of operation in the kingdom of God. without faith it is impossible to please God. So in our giving, we also operate on the same principle, the principle of faith. Giving is not necessarily only money or material good, I am talking about giving of your substance, your love, your kindness and your mercy towards others. When you give this kind of expressing of love etc. you are sowing seeds for your own future so others will also give into your life. Giving is an art, a skill you develop over the years as you mature as a Christian. It becomes so much a part of you that you automatically give when you receive any form of income or have too much of material goods. Give its worth it.
