Casting My Bread on the Water
Pastor Wesley & Yajhna Sing · 1 min read

“Cast your bread on the surface of the waters, [be diligently active, make thoughtful decisions], for you will find it after many days. Give a portion to seven, or even [divide it] to eight, for you do not know what misfortune may occur on the earth. If the clouds are full [of rain], they empty themselves on the earth; and if a tree falls toward the south or toward the north, in the place where the tree falls, there it lies. He who watches the wind [waiting for all conditions to be perfect] will not sow [seed], and he who looks at the clouds will not reap [a harvest].”
Giving with a heart passionate about God. Actually, this is sowing your bread which is needful to you. As you reach out in faith and sow even your bread upon the waters, giving into the kingdom of God or sowing into someone’s life, will bring you a return. It may not be in the time frame you would like, but God is no man’s debtor, you will receive a hundred fold reward. God is faithful!
