Build Boundaries

We need to build boundaries around ourselves. We cannot allow everyone in to off-load on us. We cannot get involved in everyone’s affairs. Watch out for those around you who seem to pass their burdens on to you. (The world would say, passing you their monkeys. Their circus, their monkeys). You must have a compassionate heart, however you have to exercise wisdom in your relationships. Even Jesus only allowed Peter, James and John into his inner circle. How is it that we seem to have the world’s burdens on our shoulders. Learn to say no. As the Holy Spirit to help you to establish boundaries so you can prioritise what is important and the things you need to say no too.

In your God given calling, relationships are very important, however for you to last long in your calling, you need to establish boundaries so you keep focused on Jesus whilst helping others.
