Faith Chronicles

A month of daily readings, written by Dr RJ Sing for his church every month from 2007 until his passing in 2024. Pastor Zubeda Sing wrote alongside him, and she continues them today. Each reading has its scripture, the teaching, a confession and the day's Bible reading plan.

In 2021 and 2022 he also wrote daily messages for believers in business and at work — the Marketplace, kept with the rest of his writing on his own site.

The Fruit of Love

Pastor Zubeda Sing

“But the fruit of the Spirit [the result of His presence within us] is love [unselfish concern for others], joy, [inner] peace, patience [not the ability to wait, but how we act while waiting], kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law” Galatians 5v22-23

    Partnership Letter for March 2017

God has a Time and a Way for me

Dear Partner, I am so glad to have the opportunity to write to you. I want to first of all, take this opportunity to thank you and your family for being so diligent and prompt in your giving unto the Lord’s work. You have sown your Tithes and Offerings, Pledges, Building funds, Priestly offerings etc. and now that you have sown seed on the ground, it has no alternate but to break forth and yield a total Blessing in your life. This Blessing comes in many forms, but more than that, it can come into your hands in a way different to what you have anticipated.

Your Assignment and Anointing Will Attract Attack – Part 1

The anointing attracts favor and good things, it also attracts enemies of all kinds, and for many reasons. The anointing also attracts friends and enemies. Somebody will not like what you are doing, this…

In 2 Corinthians 12:7-9, we read something of interest concerning a problem that Paul was dealing with: “Even though I have received such wonderful revelations from God. So to keep me from becoming proud,…

    The Attitude of a Victor

“And [also] most of the brethren have derived fresh confidence in the Lord because of my chains and are much more bold to speak and publish fearlessly the Word of God [acting with more freedom and indifference to the consequences].” Philippians 1:14 – AMP

It is important that you understand that Paul made these statements while he was in prison, and prison then was not the comfortable atmosphere of home that it is today. He said that we…

    Victory Is Yours

“Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. 3 You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. 4 So don't try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way.” James 1:2-4 – MSG

“That they all may be one, [just] as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe and be convinced that You have sent Me.” John 17:21

Jesus had a close relationship with God. In Mark 14, we have a gripping picture of the two of them in the garden of Gethsemane. He cried “Abba – Father.” This was a very…

Being Intimate with God, the Father

“And when you draw close to God, God will draw close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and let your hearts be filled with God alone to make them pure and true to him.” James 4:8

We have been called to many things, but the most important, is to have fellowship with Him. In other words, to walk with Him, to talk to Him and discuss things with Him. 2…
