Faith Chronicles

A month of daily readings, written by Dr RJ Sing for his church every month from 2007 until his passing in 2024. Pastor Zubeda Sing wrote alongside him, and she continues them today. Each reading has its scripture, the teaching, a confession and the day's Bible reading plan.

In 2021 and 2022 he also wrote daily messages for believers in business and at work — the Marketplace, kept with the rest of his writing on his own site.

The Spirit’s Clear Mandate to Apostle Paul

Pastor Zubeda Sing

“But when God, who had chosen me and set me apart before I was born, and called me through His grace, was pleased to reveal His Son in me so that I might preach Him among the Gentiles [as the good news—the way of salvation], I did not immediately consult with anyone [for guidance regarding God’s call and His revelation to me]. Nor did I [even] go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me; but I went to Arabia and stayed awhile, and afterward returned once more to Damascus” Gal 1 v15-17

When Faith Seems Weak, Stand Strong – Part 1
“A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. 12 Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. 13 For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. 14Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm.” (Ephesians 6:10-13 – NLT)
One of the greatest errors in the Christian world is to accept any opposition to answered prayer or any delay in answers to prayer. It is the will of God to answer prayer and…

God’s Level of Abundance
“Give, and [gifts] will be given to you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will they pour into [the pouch formed by] the bosom [of your robe and used as a bag]. For with the measure you deal out [with the measure you use when you confer benefits on others], it will be measured back to you.” (Luke 6:38 – AMP)
Receiving has a blessing but giving has a greater Blessing. God has made His abundance available to us, so that we may be in a position to enjoy the greater blessing of Giving. At…

First Believe and Then You Will See
“So we do not look at what we can see right now, the troubles all around us, but we look forward to the joys in heaven which we have not yet seen.” (2 Corinthians 4:18)
There is a great significance in the Word “while”, “While we look not at the things which are seen”. It stresses the same lesson that Moses learned in his Test of Endurance. He learned…

You Can Do the Impossible
“But Jesus looked at them and said, With men this is impossible, but all things are possible with God.” (Matthew 19:26 – AMP)
Many believers never see the end of their faith because they don’t understand their covenant rights as the children of God. They believe that the Holy Spirit inspired the writing of the Word of…

Stepping Out in Faith
“So Abram said to Lot, Let there be no strife, I beg of you, between you and me, or between your herdsmen and my herdsmen, for we are relatives.” Genesis 13:8 – AMP
Abraham’s confidence and faith in God was so strong that he gave Lot an opportunity to choose first as he knew God would come through for him (Genesis 13:5-7). So, familiar environments do not…
