The Truth About Strength

Dr RJ Sing · 1 min read

“Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning hooks into spears; let the weak say, I am strong [a warrior].”
(Joel 3:10 – AMP)

If you desire to be strong, the Word of God shows us how. The Bible says that the weak should declare that they are strong. Don’t wait to feel strong before you declare His Strength. It is not the strong that affirms they are strong. It is weak that maintain that they are strong.

When you live your life this way, it is called living by faith. It is precisely this kind of faith that pleases God. Stop seeing yourself as weak and a non-achiever in life. God has made a tremendous deposit into your life. He has put within you, the Holy Spirit. Allow this Spirit to rise up and flow out of your being. This is where your strength comes from, Praise God! Prepare yourself with this strength for daily battle. Rouse yourself to a condition of perpetual vigilance. The Lord God is the strength of your life.

When the enemy and circumstances of life raises his ugly head, attack them without mercy. All of your sowing and reaping suddenly becomes a deadly weapon. Stand and declare yourself to be what God says you are. You must declare yourself strong in the Lord and over the circumstances of life that are contrary. The Word of God is your weapon to defeat any and all circumstances in life. This is the truth about your strength.
