Faith Chronicles

A month of daily readings, written by Dr RJ Sing for his church every month from 2007 until his passing in 2024. Pastor Zubeda Sing wrote alongside him, and she continues them today. Each reading has its scripture, the teaching, a confession and the day's Bible reading plan.

In 2021 and 2022 he also wrote daily messages for believers in business and at work — the Marketplace, kept with the rest of his writing on his own site.

The Spirit’s Clear Mandate to Apostle Paul

Pastor Zubeda Sing

“But when God, who had chosen me and set me apart before I was born, and called me through His grace, was pleased to reveal His Son in me so that I might preach Him among the Gentiles [as the good news—the way of salvation], I did not immediately consult with anyone [for guidance regarding God’s call and His revelation to me]. Nor did I [even] go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me; but I went to Arabia and stayed awhile, and afterward returned once more to Damascus” Gal 1 v15-17

    Conquering Faith – Part 1

“Increase our faith (that trust and confidence that spring from our belief in God).” (Luke 17:5 – AMP)

When the problems and cares of this life seem to overwhelm you, you may think “If only my Faith were stronger, I would be able to win this battle.” The cry of your heart…

    Faith ‘Sees’ the Answer

“My son, attend to My words; consent and submit to My sayings. 21 Let them not depart from your sight; keep them in the center of your heart. 22 For they are life to those who find them, healing and health to all their flesh.” (Proverbs 4:20-22 – AMP)

Faith is not hoping that you will see the answer in the future. Faith is believing that we have the answer now. The eyes of Faith see the answer as having already happened. Many…

    Faith ‘Says’ the Answer

“Inasmuch then as we have a great High Priest Who has [already] ascended and passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession [of faith in Him].” (Hebrews 4:14 – AMP)

Real Faith in the Word says that if God says it is so, it’s so. If He says, “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ…

Life Is Mine ... All Things Are Mine

“So let no one exult proudly concerning men [boasting of having this or that man as a leader], for all things are yours, 22 whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas (Peter), or the universe or life or death, or the immediate and threatening present or the [subsequent and uncertain] future—all are yours,” (1 Corinthians 3:21-22 – AMP)

All things are yours. The one who belongs to Christ is a Child of the Most High God and his/her Father will do anything for him/her. This is so wonderful. That as you pray…

    I Acknowledge Every Good Thing

“[And I pray] that the participation in and sharing of your faith may produce and promote full recognition and appreciation and understanding and precise knowledge of every good [thing] that is ours in [our identification with] Christ Jesus [and unto His glory].” (Philemon 1:6 – AMP)

Though the central theme of Philemon, is the Restoration of a fellow Christian who was a runaway slave, the substance of the Epistle is meatier than its volume. The above Scripture in particular teaches…

    Endure Hardness – Part 2

“Take [with me] your share of the hardships and suffering [which you are called to endure] as a good (first-class) soldier of Christ Jesus.” (2 Timothy 2:3 – AMP)

When pressure visits your life, stand your ground and refuse to believe anything, except the Word of God. Refuse to change your confession. Soldiers will put up with far more discomfort than civilians. A…

How Do You Get Faith – Part 3

“But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:8-10 – NKJV)

Acts 14:7-10 NIV “Where they continued to preach the gospel. 8 In Lystra there sat a man who was lame. He had been that way from birth and had never walked. 9 He listened…

    Believe for Supernatural Blessing

“He said to them, Because of the littleness of your faith [that is, your lack of firmly relying trust]. For truly I say to you, if you have faith [that is living] like a grain of mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, Move from here to yonder place, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.” (Matthew 17:20 – AMP)

Could you have Faith to fish for your tax money? Jesus received a word from God that somewhere down in the depths of the Sea of Galilee was an unusual fish. Most fish must…

    Rise Above Your Circumstances

“And Jesus said, [You say to Me], If You can do anything? [Why,] all things can be (are possible) to him who believes!” (Mark 9:23 – AMP)
