How Do You Get Faith – Part 1

“But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
God has provided a way, for you to have faith. Hebrews 11:6 NKJV “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” God demands that we have faith and if God demands we have faith, when it is impossible for us to have faith, we have a right to challenge His justice. But God has placed within our hands, the means whereby, faith can be produced.
The responsibility now rests with us regarding the issue of faith. God as told us that, without faith it is impossible to please Him and He has also told us how to get faith. We cannot blame God for our lack of faith because He has provided the way whereby everyone can have faith.
The Apostle Paul said we are saved by faith – Ephesians 2:8 NKJV “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.” But how does one get faith to be saved? Romans 10:8-10 and Romans 10:13-17.
