Faith Chronicles

A month of daily readings, written by Dr RJ Sing for his church every month from 2007 until his passing in 2024. Pastor Zubeda Sing wrote alongside him, and she continues them today. Each reading has its scripture, the teaching, a confession and the day's Bible reading plan.

In 2021 and 2022 he also wrote daily messages for believers in business and at work — the Marketplace, kept with the rest of his writing on his own site.

The Fruit of Love

Pastor Zubeda Sing

“But the fruit of the Spirit [the result of His presence within us] is love [unselfish concern for others], joy, [inner] peace, patience [not the ability to wait, but how we act while waiting], kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law” Galatians 5v22-23

“Hatred stirs up contentions, but love covers all transgressions.” Proverbs 10:12 – AMP

The Word of God in You

You Are the Salt and Light

“You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere humans?” 1 Corinthians 3:3 – NIV

The Word of God makes us Conquer. If one was to hate his brother, he would be living in darkness, the Word has not prevailed in his life and therefore he is walking as…

    The Principle of Love

“If I had the gift of being able to speak in other languages without learning them and could speak in every language there is in all of heaven and earth, but didn't love others, I would only be making noise.” 1 Corinthians 13:1

Until the Word prevails, John 13:34-35 will never be known in the world. “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love…

“And God said, Let there be light; and there was light. 4 And God saw that the light was good (suitable, pleasant) and He approved it; and God separated the light from the darkness.” Genesis 1:3-4 – AMP

God honors the human language by calling Jesus the Word and therefore Jesus and the Word are one. The whole Universe was brought into being by words (Genesis 1). The Word of God, a…

    The Prevailing Word

“So the Word of the Lord continued to increase and prevail mightily.” Acts 19:20

    God’s Word Heals You

“He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.” 1 Peter 2:24 – AMP
