You Are the Salt and Light

The Word of God makes us Conquer. If one was to hate his brother, he would be living in darkness, the Word has not prevailed in his life and therefore he is walking as a common man (1 Corinthians 3:3). How many believers because the Word does not prevail in them, live as common men? Disease and sickness prevail over them because they do not walk in the light of the Word.

John 8:12 AMP “I am the Light of the world. He who follows me will not be walking in the dark, but will have the Light which is Life.” So as long as sickness prevails over you, you are walking in darkness. You mentally assent to the Word, but you do not act upon it and as long as you walk in poverty and your testimony is of your needs and you lack, the Word has not prevailed in your life.

When the Word prevails, you will have plenty for yourself and for others. “And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19 AMP) When a faltering, stumbling confession is present, it means the Word hasn’t prevailed over your reasoning faculties therefore Christ and the Word have not become one in your life. Rather confess that, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13 – NKJV)
