A Heart Flowing with Goodness
Pastor Zubeda Sing · 2 min read

“The [intrinsically] good man produces what is good and honorable and moral out of the good treasure [stored] in his heart; and the [intrinsically] evil man produces what is wicked and depraved out of the evil [in his heart]; for his mouth speaks from the overflow of his heart.”
We are now intrinsically good from the inside out. The memory of the old man is slowly fading and we are bringing forth good fruit. Our tree, our life is planted by the rivers of living water, it bursts forth with new wine. In the early part of our walk, (Like new wine) we may still have some evidence of the old life (but like mature wine) but as we grow and develop, the sweetness of the fruit of the spirit begins to manifest so it is no longer we who are living but we are living from the faith of the son of God. the glory of God on our lives begins to intensify. The mature flavour of the goodness of the fruit of the spirit begins to permeate the atmosphere wherever we go. We begin to respond to issues rather than react. We are no longer like a thorny bush that when people come alongside us or into our company they are hurt by the thorns. No! there is a constant pruning that takes place as we abide in the vine, God our source. The evidence of this abiding is, when we ask anything then it manifests for us.
The thriver abides in the vine and lets the word of God abide in them so when they make a request, God answers them.
