Faith Chronicles

A month of daily readings, written by Dr RJ Sing for his church every month from 2007 until his passing in 2024. Pastor Zubeda Sing wrote alongside him, and she continues them today. Each reading has its scripture, the teaching, a confession and the day's Bible reading plan.

In 2021 and 2022 he also wrote daily messages for believers in business and at work — the Marketplace, kept with the rest of his writing on his own site.

The Spirit’s Clear Mandate to Apostle Paul

Pastor Zubeda Sing

“But when God, who had chosen me and set me apart before I was born, and called me through His grace, was pleased to reveal His Son in me so that I might preach Him among the Gentiles [as the good news—the way of salvation], I did not immediately consult with anyone [for guidance regarding God’s call and His revelation to me]. Nor did I [even] go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me; but I went to Arabia and stayed awhile, and afterward returned once more to Damascus” Gal 1 v15-17

Walking in Heavy Favor of God – Part 4
“For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield.” (Psalm 5:12 – NKJV)
Favor is contained in the grace of God. God will give you unmerited favor, but there’s a merited favor that you qualify for as you cooperate with God. By faith you release the favor…

The Gift of Being a Child of God

To be God’s child is not your right and is not something you deserve. It always remains a Gift of Grace. Read again what Paul says in Galatians 4:1-4 NKJV “Now I say that…

Be Faithful and Fearless
“Strap Your sword on Your thigh, O mighty One, in Your splendor and Your majesty!” (Psalm 45:3 – AMP)
Can there be any doubt that the Psalmist was referring to Jesus. The disciples were ‘astonished’ (Mark 10:32) at the fearless, bold approach Jesus made on the way to Jerusalem as He walked straight…

Meeting God’s Conditions
“There are those who [generously] scatter abroad, and yet increase more; there are those who withhold more than is fitting or what is justly due, but it results only in want.” (Proverbs 11:24 – AMP)
We must make an important, logical distinction between earning God’s Grace, which is impossible, and meeting God’s conditions, which is obligatory. We cannot earn God’s abundance, which comes only through Grace; however, we are…
