Faith Chronicles

A month of daily readings, written by Dr RJ Sing for his church every month from 2007 until his passing in 2024. Pastor Zubeda Sing wrote alongside him, and she continues them today. Each reading has its scripture, the teaching, a confession and the day's Bible reading plan.

In 2021 and 2022 he also wrote daily messages for believers in business and at work — the Marketplace, kept with the rest of his writing on his own site.

A Fruitful Tree

Pastor Zubeda Sing

“For he will be [nourished] like a tree planted by the waters, That spreads out its roots by the river; And will not fear the heat when it comes; But its leaves will be green and moist. And it will not be anxious and concerned in a year of drought Nor stop bearing fruit” Jeremiah 17v8

Jesus Spoke to the Fig Tree (3)

God’s way is to believe then to see. That is the way forward for you. Do not let shyness and timidity hold you back from talking your way forward. You are bold as a…

    Have Faith in God

“And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them and ye shall have them.” Mark 11: 22-24

It is so important to declare God’s Word. Many well meaning Christians miss it right here. They think it is a waste of time or just plain silly to declare God’s Word out aloud.…

What Does It Mean to Fully Believe? (3)

We are to believe that all the promises of God are Yea and Amen! This is what it means to fully believe. *2 Corinthians 1:20, “for all the promises of God in him [are]…

Having the God Kind of Faith

“And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.” Mark 11: 22- 24

Refuse to be average and accept whatever is thrown at you in life. You are a King and a Priest. I would also like to add that you are a Prophet of your life.…

Now we know by the writing of the apostle Paul that faith comes by hearing and hearing by God’s Word. We hear the Word of God, by reading it to ourselves and through good…

Developing a Faith Image (5): (Assess your measure of faith)

“For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think [of himself] more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith”.” Romans 12:3

What can you believe God for right now? As you use the faith you already have, it will grow until ultimately you will by faith be able to take hold of and experience the…
