Faith Chronicles

A month of daily readings, written by Dr RJ Sing for his church every month from 2007 until his passing in 2024. Pastor Zubeda Sing wrote alongside him, and she continues them today. Each reading has its scripture, the teaching, a confession and the day's Bible reading plan.

In 2021 and 2022 he also wrote daily messages for believers in business and at work — the Marketplace, kept with the rest of his writing on his own site.

The Spirit’s Clear Mandate to Apostle Paul

Pastor Zubeda Sing

“But when God, who had chosen me and set me apart before I was born, and called me through His grace, was pleased to reveal His Son in me so that I might preach Him among the Gentiles [as the good news—the way of salvation], I did not immediately consult with anyone [for guidance regarding God’s call and His revelation to me]. Nor did I [even] go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me; but I went to Arabia and stayed awhile, and afterward returned once more to Damascus” Gal 1 v15-17

We Overcome by the Blood
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” Revelation 12:11 - KJV
We have to know what the Blood of Jesus does for us. Then we have to take the Blood and get it into our lives. There is a parallel for this application in the…

You Inherited Everything in Christ Jesus
“Don't let others spoil your faith and joy with their philosophies, their wrong and shallow answers built on men's thoughts and ideas, instead of on what Christ has said. 9 For in Christ there is all of God in a human body; 10 so you have everything when you have Christ, and you are filled with God through your union with Christ. He is the highest Ruler, with authority over every other power.” Colossians 2:8-10
I once preached about the legal aspects of your redemption and I told you that your walk with Christ is all based on legality. If a lawyer calls you and reads out a will…

Jesus Was Raised for Your Justification
“For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” 2 Corinthians 5:21 - NKJV
What does Righteousness mean? It means the ability to stand in the Presence of Father God, without the sense of fear, without the sense of inferiority and without the sense of guilt. You are…

Jesus Brought Us to God
“For Christ [the Messiah Himself] died for sins once for all, the Righteous for the unrighteous (the Just for the unjust, the Innocent for the guilty), that He might bring us to God. In His human body He was put to death, but He was made alive in the spirit.” 1 Peter 3:18 - Amplified
Because He was made alive unto God, you are also made alive unto God. That means when a Child of God or a Son of God speaks, God hears you. You don’t come as…

Jesus, the Turning Point of the World
“Jesus said, "Mark my words, no one who sacrifices house, brothers, sisters, mother, father, children, land whatever because of me and the Message 30 will lose out. They'll get it all back, but multiplied many times in homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and land but also in troubles. And then the bonus of eternal life!” Mark 10:29-30 - Message
The word for judgment in Greek is the word krisis and is translated into the English language as crisis. Crisis means “a turning point.” Jesus was saying, “Now is the turning point of this…

Jesus Is the Glorified Christ
“Oh, there is so much more I want to tell you, but you can't understand it now. 13 When the Holy Spirit, who is truth, comes, He shall guide you into all truth, for He will not be presenting his own ideas, but will be passing on to you what He has heard. He will tell you about the future. 15 All the Father's glory is mine; this is what I mean when I say that he will show you My glory.” John 16:12-13, 15
Jesus was the Glorified Christ. He could walk through doors, He could appear whenever He wished and there was something else different about Jesus. The disciples could see the holes in His hands and…

Jesus Was Offered for You
“The time of judgment for the world has come and the time when satan, the prince of this world, shall be cast out.” John 12:31
We are being well represented at the Throne of God. He didn’t do anything for Himself; He did all of it for us. Jesus is appearing right now, in the presence of God for…

Jesus Is Your Peace
“Then Jesus said to them again, Peace to you! [Just] as the Father has sent Me forth, so I am sending you.” John 20:21 - AMP
When Jesus came to earth, He gave up His Divine Power. He came as a man and took upon Himself the body of a man. He was deity here, but He did not operate…

Resurrection Life
“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live” John 11:25
Leviticus 17:11 says, “The life of the flesh is in the blood” When Jesus poured out His blood, He poured out His life. As I understand it, the life of God was released into…

Merry Christmas

This is a wonderful day and I trust that you will both celebrate this day as well as enjoy it. The Greatest Gift of all is the Gift of Jesus Christ to us from…

The Importance of Communion
“After the same manner also He took the cup, when He had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in My blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of Me.” 1 Corinthians 11:25
We have noted that the life is in the blood. (See Leviticus 17:11) If we want the life, we must appropriate the blood. We do that by taking Communion, as well as by the…

The Blood of Jesus
“Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For My flesh is real food and My blood is real drink. 56 Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood remains in Me, and I in him” John 6:54-56
Four times in John 6, Jesus said about the believer, “I will raise Him up at the last day” (See verses 39, 40, 44 & 54) Resurrection is a part of Salvation. The words…
