A Knowledgeable Tongue

“The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness”
The headline of this message is a knowledgeable tongue and makes me think of two
types of people, one who from constantly getting into trouble from the way they speak he/she has decided to go the diplomatic route. The second person is one who has learnt the art of saying the things people want to hear so they can ultimately manipulate them into doing what they want them to do. This is the idea of a knowledgeable tongue. The tongues have been trained to effectively communicate in a way that works for them.
DIPLOMATIC TONGUE
Diplomatic generally means being highly tactful, sensitive and careful when dealing with people or difficult situations to avoid causing conflict or offense.
This kind of person is a very wary of speaking their mind as they have had numerous incidents in their communication. They have decided to train their tongue so they get the best out of their communication with others. They are very effective in their communication but rarely do you actually see what they are really about as the communication is smooth and structured. The person with whom they are communicating has no option but to be impressed. Careful selection of words and phrases and skillful handling of a situation. Always working from a point of knowledge.
MANIPULATIVE TONGUE
The meaning of the word manipulative describes a person who is very controlling and influences others and situations in a way that is clever, unfair and underhanded and all of this for their own gain. It often involves deceitful psychological tricks.
This person is well trained in the art of manipulation and deceit. They have worked this kind of talking into a fine art. They choose their victims wisely because they want something from that particular person. This is how scammers work or even people in your close circle who know you well and want you and your money, to part, hence they can effectively communicate but not sincerely. We must have a spirit of discernment to know who we are dealing with. We need to be knowledgeable about people and things so we too are able to effectively communicate and use the knowledge given to allow God to work things for our good.
The Thriver operates in wisdom, knowledge and understanding. By the spirit of God working in them, they operate with a knowledgeable tongue but all for the righteousness of God. They are effective, communicators speaking with graceful speech.
