The Praising Tongue

What a gift of God, a tongue of praise. When the Holy Spirit takes over our tongue, we become worshippers of God. Our hearts become filled with praise and thanksgiving and the evidence of this is reflected by our praise unto God. The more we give ourselves over to God and His word, the change is amazing. Day by day we are changed and renewed. This tongue that James says, in the book of James can never be tamed, is slowly tamed by the practice of the word of God on our tongue. The word fills our hearts and minds and soon we are speaking the word and singing praises and giving thanks.

We may start out this life full of faults and failing, but when we come to the master and yield to this outpouring of His spirit, there is a beautiful change that takes place. Anger is replaced with joy and thanksgiving and fear is replaced with extreme faith. Whether you are a man or woman, there is a gentleness, kindness and humility that begins to permeate and saturate your heart and life. You are no longer the same. The hardcore inner person is slowly chipped away as God daily works on you from the inside out. Please give the Holy Spirit a chance, you are the change your family needs.
