A Beautiful Heart

The above scripture speaks of the tribe of Reuben and it says they were of great thoughts of heart. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. Deborah was a prophetess and these were the men sent to walk alongside her. One of their skills was that their hearts were of great thought. What a skill, this shouts out success and victory. It speaks of their ability and power in the face of adversity to be of a positive mind and attitude. No fear was evident in them. I am sure they were a blessing to the Prophetess Deborah.

Every leader needs a team who has a heart to work, a mind with creative ideas and an ability to do things beyond and above their ability. Those of the tribe of God, believers, are those kind of people. They are fear free and face adversity with courage and strength. A person’s way of thinking allows them to handle battles and struggles with wisdom and power. Keeping your mind stayed on God will keep you in perfect peace no matter the chaos around you. Cultivate your mind with the word of God and water it with the presence of God daily. The Holy Spirit is the only one who can develop you in this area. We all have a way of thinking that seems right, but the Holy Spirit comes alongside us to teach us and steer us away from the folly of our thinking. When we persist in the wrong way of thinking, he will guide us through slowly until we have a change of heart and mind. This creates a beauty in us that shines with the glory of God. Allow the Holy Spirit to work in your heart and mind that you too have a beautiful heart with thoughts that reflect the greatness of our God.

A thriver is one who has a beautiful heart and mind. Their thoughts lead us to plenteousness and cause the environment around them to flourish and thrive.
