The Living Word

The word in the pages of the bible are words written by men inspired by God. The word in your heart has the ability to become the living word proceeding from the heart of God. The written word is “logos”; the word proceeding from the heart of God is “Rhema”, the living word, a fresh revelation from the heart of the Father for that particular day, time and season.

Speaking God’s word creates faith, not only in your own heart, but also in the hearts of those who hear you. The Rhema word spoken after you have received revelation changes you, and can change your life for the better. Take the time to study the word of God, it will satisfy more than a hearty meal. When you find revelation in the word, nothing else satisfies you. If you are facing challenge, go to the word and find a promise of God in His word that resonates with the challenge you are facing. Write the scripture down and begin to declare it. The more the word echoes from your mouth and your ears and heart hear it, the word begins to take root in your heart and the challenge will be overcome in your heart first and then in reality.
