Rejoicing in Jesus Culture
Pastor Zubeda Sing · 2 min read

“Celebrate God all day, every day. I mean, revel in him! Make it as clear as you can to all you meet that you’re on their side, working with them and not against them. Help them see that the Master is about to arrive. He could show up any minute! Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life”
The culture of joy. Remaining joyful every day of your life and giving thanks unto God who is the author and finisher of your faith. Does this mean, you will be happy and trouble free all the days of your life. Not at all, in fact you will face many challenges and trials. Your faith will be tested in many ways but through it all, you stay calm and fix your eyes on Jesus. He never fails. Jesus says, call upon me and I will answer you. It is a decision you make to be joyful no matter what. You bring the calm in to the chaos, you bring joy in the time of sadness. You bring the peace in the. Midst of the storm. You live in abundance so you can meet the needs of those in want. This does not mean you are the source of supply. God is the source, you are just a vessel he uses to reach out and touch someone’s life.
This is the culture of rejoicing and giving thanks. You must say to those who are down and constantly complaining, Jesus is enough. Sing praises and be joyful, let your joy be contagious so others are infected to the point of joining in. There is a presence of God you can create by your joy, that is a visible force of energy that all can feel. They will have no option but to join in. You will be like a battery charger, infusing people with the strength of God and bringing positive results. Our God is able. There is joy unspeakable in the holy spirit and we are full of joy. This is our culture of joy.
