More Than a Conqueror
Pastor Zubeda Sing · 2 min read

“Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord”
We are in a warfare. How do we know this? The word conqueror tells us that we will have something to conquer. God, through his word is letting us know that we have to fight the good fight of faith, the war against the Devil. Jesus has defeated the enemy, he went through hell to get the keys to death and hell. The Devil is a defeated foe. He is defeated, however the temptations of life come before us, so the enemy can try his best to test us in different areas of our life. Feelings of insecurity, is one of the tools he uses again and again. He makes us feel inadequate, he tries to bring fear in to let us know that we are not good enough. When we allow this feeling to overwhelm us, it takes over our lives and keeps us imprisoned away from our victory and good success. No matter what others say, we need to allow the Spirit of God to empower us. We need to allow the spirit of God to strengthen us with might on the inner man.
We need to take a stand against any attack or temptation and say, Enough is enough, you spirit of inferiority, insufficiency and lack, I command you in the name of Jesus to go. No more fear, no more inferiority. I am more than a conqueror in this life. I am bold, I am strong, the Lord my God is with me. I am not afraid. I am strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. I wage a good warfare by the power of the spirit of God and I will overcome in Jesus name. Jesus has made me more than a conqueror in this life.
