The Resilience of a Thriver

The thriver faces challenges as a believer and son or daughter of God. Difficult challenges cannot be avoided in this life. We have to face them. We have to make a choice each day, how we will handle the things that happen in our lives. We need to fight the good fight of faith as a thriver. We stand strong and courageous without any fear or doubt.

We need to be intentional in our daily life, increasing our faith daily by our prayer life and fellowship with the word of God. We need to put on the full armour of God to withstand the wiles of the devil. We need the helmet of salvation to guard and protect our minds. We need the breast plate of righteousness to guard and protect our hearts. We need the shoes of peace to keep us in the rest of God. The main weapon is the word of God, which is quick and power and sharper than any two edged sword. The word also guides us in the right path, keeping us strong and resilient.

The thriver develops and grows their relationship with God as this is the only vital connection to God through the Holy Spirit. The thriver delights in hearing from God and fulfilling his will for our lives. No matter the attacks, the thriver continues to stand strong.
