Be Bold in your Faith

Stephen was a man full of faith and power. He was bold and courageous, filled with the Holy Spirit and empowered by God to do great and mighty works. In the face of adversity and intense questioning, he was able to stand up boldly and declare the word of the Lord, he refuted their arguments and spoke with the intelligence of the Holy Spirit. They were not able to withstand his words.

This is the kind of boldness we need in our faith. To be bold and strong and courageous despite the challenges and adversities we face. As we allow the word to take root in our hearts and minds, the wisdom of God begins to flood our hearts and minds and we begin to operate in the wisdom and power of almighty God.

What an awesome privilege and right to be a son/daughter of the Most High God. There is a distinctive, visible growth that takes place in our lives. Our language changes, our thinking changes and the way we handle life and people changes. We are no longer the same. God is always changing us to make us into the people he has called us to be. It is the love he has for us that causes him to be involved in our everyday life. His love is immeasurable. It never fails.
