The Anointing to Be a Peacemaker
Pastor Zubeda Sing · 1 min read

“Blessed [spiritually calm with life-joy in God’s favor] are the makers and maintainers of peace, for they will [express His character and] be called the sons of God”
A peace maker is a gift to the body of Christ. The kind of person who walks in to a room and in the midst of chaos, they bring the peace of God into the room to silence every argument, without even saying anything. The spirit of peace is part of our arsenal as a believer. We bring calm and peace in to situations each and every day as long as we allow the spirit of God to work this gift in our lives and touch the people around us. It’s a decision we take, its deliberate and intentional, I am a peace maker. I refuse to allow strife and discord to influence my life. The world uses the word “gaslighting” when someone adds fuel to an already explosive environment or arguments. No! you bring peace. You speak a word in season to the situation and turn it around.
You are called to be a peace maker. You can do this. God knows you can.
CONFESSION/PRAYER
The peace of God is an umpire in our hearts to still the storms that seem to overwhelm us. The spirit of God is the umpire that brings the peace of God into our lives. We choose today to be used by the spirit of God to bring peace to our environment and relationships by becoming a peace maker.
