Giving Honour Where Honour is Due
Pastor Wesley & Yajhna Sing · 2 min read

“For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing. Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.”
Paul writing to the church in Rome clearly gives instruction to the believers to be well doers and not to become weary in their well doing. In his walk and experience in all his troubles, the holy Spirit trained him how to deal with people. His yielding to the holy Spirit helped him in many situations and gave him favour. Paul was a man who knew how to handle relationships. His ability to adapt to the various audiences he was called to face, caused him to have favour and the punishment was far less than it should ever have been.
In the same way, we too have to yield and give honour where honour is due even though sometimes we do not feel like it. The wisdom of the matter is, render to everyone their due. Know what to do and when to do it. When you are guided by the honour principle, its amazing how the Holy Spirit will teach you how to do this. Listen, learn and obey, you will suffer less in the long run if you are listening to the voice of the holy Spirit and yield to the spirit of God. I trust you and I will learn this principle of honour and give honour where honour is due, in your career, your work place or in your business.
