The Holy Spirit and the Thriver

“And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this? Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,”
The question asked by the crowd was “by what power and by what name do you do these miracles”? The apostles needed the power of the Holy Spirit to be effective in the kingdom of God and to change the lives of people they would come in contact with. The second question was “by what name?”. Amazing. Even the crowd knew that there had to be a greater power or name backing the disciples for them to do such great miracles.
The power of the Holy Spirit in the life of a thriver, makes the Thriver a valuable asset to our heavenly Father. The Holy Spirit is able to use the thriver to heal the sick, raise the dead, comfort the broken hearted and be a witness. The thrive understands the need for the Holy Spirit in their lives to walk effectively in this life. The Thriver understands welcomes the voice of the Holy Spirit in every aspect of their lives, whether it be a small situation or a disaster. The Holy Spirit can put power into the mouth of the Thriver to speak to the mountain or even calm a storm.
Family of God, welcome the Holy Spirit into your life so you too can become a man/woman of power to mighty works in this life. You are not a victim but a victor in this life.

Holy Spirit I am ready, use me. Fill me with your power and authority to heal the sick, raise the dead and set the captives free in Jesus, name. Let the grace for healing saturate my life.
