Evidence of the Thriver’s Blessing

Joseph was a slave purchased by Potiphar. In Potiphar’s house Joseph could only do what Potiphar asked him or the duties assigned him. He had nothing, nor did he own anything that could give any reason to be called prosperous. Yet the word of God is clear here, that the Lord was with Joseph and all that he did prospered. What does that even mean? It means Potiphar may have purchased Joseph and in the physical sense, he seemed to own him. Yet Joseph was of the tribe of our God and the hand of the Lord was upon him. Nothing anyone could do would affect the blessing on his life that he carried. He was blessed, period. He was favoured, he was the beloved of God and his external circumstances did not change that fact.

Family of God, the blessing of God on our lives is evidence of our empowerment by God to Thrive in this life. The situations around us may seem bleak and not helpful, however the presence of God on the inside of us will cause us to prosper. Whatever we put our hands to do will and must prosper. An example of this is, perhaps you live in an area where the houses are pretty badly kept and it looks really bad. It is the only house you could afford at the time, but you refuse to let your house look drab and unkept, so you paint the walls, clean out the yard as well as start repairing the inside of the house so that the house starts to look amazing, with the little you have. The blessing on your starts to overlap into your physical environment. People start to notice your house is different and it stands out as a light house, causing those around you to want to do the same. You become an influencer because of the evidence of the thriver blessing on your life. This is the evidence that you as a thriver are tapping into the anointing of the blessing in your life. The thriving on your life, just raised the value of the houses in your area. Be the change that is needed, Joseph was.
