Unshakeable Faith

Now faith is a well-grounded assurance of that for which we hope, and a conviction of the reality of things which we do not see. Heb 11v1

Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen. This testimony of faith is what previous generations were commended for. Faith empowers us to see that the universe was created and beautifully coordinated by the power of God’s words! He spoke and the invisible realm gave birth to all that is seen. Heb 11v1 (Passion bible)

Stephen was only selected to wait at tables and serve the widows so the apostles could give themselves to the study of the word and prayer. Yet, Stephen was a man, full of and controlled by the Holy Spirit. He went about doing what he was asked to do but through it all he laid hands on the sick and did mighty miracles. He was a blessing to everyone he came in contact with. He was full of the word and believed the gospel of grace. He knew who Jesus was and was convinced of the message of salvation. When approached by the Sanhedrin and his accusers, he was not perturbed but spoke with the intelligence of the Holy Spirit. His accusers could not content with him. His accusers were cut to the heart by his unshakeable faith and the only way to silence him was to kill him.

It was said that Paul was amongst the accusers, but even Paul with all his knowledge of the law could not withstand the intelligence of the Holy Spirit. What does that tell you, natural knowledge cannot withstand the intelligence of the Holy Spirit as the anointing of knowledge and understanding cannot be explained in a natural form. You and I are filled with this wisdom and knowledge and as we are consistently filled with the Holy Spirit it builds in us, unshakeable faith.
