Encourager & Builder

The world is surrounded by chaos and wars. Right now numerous countries are having conflict and the sound of war echoes all around us.

We are sons and daughters of the Most High God. The Holy Spirit lives on the inside of us and He is an encourager and a builder. He is building us up and repairing the damage that has been done to our emotions and the scars of the battles that we have gone through as we have gone through this life. As we are built up and made whole, so too should we build up others.

It is so easy to act out of our emotions and be rude or nasty to others. It seems easy to pay others back for the way they have treated us. The bible says, vengeance is mine, God will repay. His eyes are open to the cry of the righteous. God knows exactly what is going on. He will repay the evil done to us. We need to work on and allow the Holy Spirit to transform us into builders and encouragers of people. People are hurting and in desperate need of healing. There are many people who are sick and dying of various diseases, but there are more people who are broken and scarred emotionally. We need to reach out with compassion and love, by the Holy Spirit, and bring healing. Take the time to notice and discern where a person is at and be the Jesus they need in their lives. When we do this, we are lifting up the name of Jesus and He will draw men unto him.
