Purposefully Anointed

“The Spirit of the LORD is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free, and that the time of the LORD’s favor has come.””
We are anointed to do the works of Christ. We have the power to overcome every power of the devil. I am not going about life aimlessly, No, the spirit of the Lord is upon me and I have been anointed to bring good news to the poor. I am an ambassador of heaven so I go about daily with my mission portfolio which directs my steps and gives me the words to speak in every situation.
Like Peter and John at the gate beautiful, when people look at us, they can receive healing or deliverance. Whatever the needs are, there is enough power of the Holy Spirit to release the anointing for healing and deliverance. We are God’s representatives in this dying world to bring healing to the hearts of the broken. We can feed those who are hungry, just as Jesus fed the five thousand. We have the word in us to speak to the weary and bring health and healing to their situation. To the grieving, the power of the holy Spirit will bring comfort in their time of grieving. Help me Holy Spirit and let your anointing so flow through our lives so we are effective ministers in your kingdom.
