Jesus the Anointed One

“The high priest stood up and came forward and asked Jesus, “Have You no answer to give [in response] to what these men are testifying against You?” But Jesus kept silent and gave no answer at all. Again the high priest was questioning Him, and saying to Him, “Are You the Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed), the Son of the Blessed One?” Jesus said, “I am; and you will [all] see THE SON OF MAN SEATED [with authority] AT THE RIGHT HAND OF POWER (the Father), and COMING WITH THE CLOUDS OF HEAVEN.”
We who have received Jesus Christ as our Lord and saviour, now have Jesus as our Lord and anointed one, this anointing abides in us. This anointing lives on the inside of us. Jesus is grace and grace has made provision for everything we will ever need in this life. Jesus is the anointed one and his anointing is what gives us power to be delivered and set free. We hear a lot about Jesus, take the time to get to know Jesus. Take the time to get to know him as healer, deliverer, the anointed one and his anointing. Whatever you need from this saviour Jesus, that is who he will be to you. In every season of your life there are different needs that you face, this is the time he reveals who he really is to you. If you are sick, he is your healer, if you are depressed he comforts you, destroying every yoke and lifting every burden. He is the anointed one. Seek him today and let him be to you, what you need him to be in this season of your life. There is no one like him.
