God Is Faithful!

“God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.”
“God is faithful”. All day, day in, day out, year in, year out: “Great is thy faithfulness” (Lamentations 3:23 KJV). Man in his stubbornness and rebellion may drift away from God, but through it all, “He will remain faithful” (2 Timothy 2:13).
Zedekiah became “stiff-necked and hardened his heart and would not turn to the Lord, the God of Israel” (2 Chronicles 36:13). God is faithful to execute His judgment upon those He warns again and again to repent. Gradually, but surely, He tightens the screws of justice until there is repentance or destruction is complete.
God is also faithful to “not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear” but will “also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.” (1 Corinthians 10:13). David was so convinced of the faithfulness of God that he could say, “Though war break out against me, even then will I be confident.” (Psalm 27:3). If life is uncertain right now, turn to the one certainty: “God is faithful.” You can be sure that “He will keep you strong to the end” (1 Corinthians 1:8)
