Deliverance From Temptation
Pastor Zubeda Sing · 1 min read

“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience”
“Father, I pray You deliver me from the evil one. The temptations in my life are no different from what others experience. And You are faithful—You will not allow the temptation to be more than I can stand. Thank You Father, that when I am tempted, You show me a way out so I can endure.
When trouble comes my way, I consider it an opportunity for great joy. I know when my faith is tested my endurance has a chance to grow.
When I am tempted, I will not say, “God is tempting me.” God is never tempted to do wrong, and He never tempts anyone else.
Thank You, Jesus, for giving Your life for my sins, just as God the Father planned, in order to rescue me from this evil world. All glory to God forever!
God’s power working in me can do much more than anything I can ask or imagine. So Father, I will keep watch and pray that I will not give in to temptation, in Jesus’ name, amen.
Everyone of us faces temptation at some time or the other. We need to stay alert, like Peter says, be on your guard, the enemy goes about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Holy Spirit help us not to allow the enemy in. amen
