Overcome Opposition!

In life learn to expect opposition. All great leaders in the Bible faced opposition and that includes our Lord. No matter what you do, you will always have critics. One reason is that people like to criticize because it makes them look better. Everyone wants to be Top Dog. A second reason is that they cannot bear to see others succeed. Why? Simply because they are insecure.
Even in the Christian Church today, we seem to love those that flow with us. When we encounter a different group, we refer to them as ‘our enemies’. We forget that we are brothers and sisters in the Lord Jesus Christ. When you do nothing, you are not a problem. As soon as you begin fulfilling your dreams and visions, you begin to attract attention.
As soon as you start doing something different and big, you attract criticism. However, you must guard your potential at all costs. Learn to expect opposition and rise above it. Every dream you share has the potential to cause jealousy. However, there are great leaders and good people who will encourage you. Find them and allow them to stir up your passion and dreams.
