Be Strong in the Lord

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.”
This verse of Scripture tells us to be strong. Use The Might And Power Of God.
Your strength is not good enough. You have to plant the Word, which is seed into your heart. Then, you are to depend on the Might and Power of God, which comes upon and into us by His precious Holy Spirit.
We know from the Word of God that satan is the god of this world. This is according to *2 Corinthians 4:4, “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” Remember; resist the devil with the Word of God. Be strong in the Lord and the Power of His Might. Wear the full armour of God continually so that you can stand against the devil’s evil schemes. Your battle in life is not against flesh and blood. Men and women are not your physical opponents
Your opponents are principalities and powers, the rulers of the darkness in the world, and the forces of wickedness in the spirit realm. As a soldier in God’s army, be ready and stand your ground, and conquer when the forces attack. The word “Finally” in the above Scripture, may be rendered “from now on” or “henceforth”. The spiritual battle Christians are engaged in exists “from now on” until the Lord’s return. There is no ceasefire, no temporary truce. Go forward in boldness and power. Do not be weary and faint-hearted. Let yourself constantly be strengthened by the Lord.
