Increase & Overflow

Pastor Zubeda Sing · 2 min read

“Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness, while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God”
2Cor 9v10-11

Each and everyone of us has a vision of financial success and overflow in our lives. We also know that it is only God who can give us the power to get wealth. What do we do? Well, we write the vision down in detail. We also wait on God for ideas on how to increase financially and the strategy needed to receive increase and overflow. It starts with a seed. It starts with our obedience in partnering with our finances with the kingdom of God.

In the above scripture, it says it is God who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food. Seed can only bring forth a harvest once it is planted in good soil. We have to invest seed in the kingdom of God. We have to partner with the economy of the kingdom of God. When we receive seed in our hands, we have to allocate portions of the seed to be planted into the kingdom of God. Our God is generous and we too are generous. We are new creation beings, we are made in the likeness of our Father. If our father is generous, then we too need to be generous.

A man or woman who has a passion and a hunger for God, is always a generous person. They knew their vision for increase and overflow depends on the God of supply and increase. Your vision must include your seed sowing, your seed unlocks the door for increase and overflow. The measure you sow, will be the measure you reap so this is one part that is dependent on you. You determine your reaping

I am a generous seed sower who partners with kingdom of God. I sow generously and reap in abundance. My vats overflow with new one and my barns are filled with plenty. I never know any lack as my God supplies my every need, according to his riches in glory, in Christ Jesus.
