The Identity of the Believer
Pastor Zubeda Sing · 2 min read
“For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him”
Jesus came into our lives to increase our value in this life. We are no longer sinners, we are saints and children of the most high God. We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
We are not sin conscious, we are saved by Grace. We are the beloved of God. We are the apple of His eye. We are accepted in the beloved. We are anointed. We are equipped. We are enabled by the power of God to do great things. We have been called to be world changers. We are not our own, we belong to God.
Family of God, take the time to invest in knowing who you are. When you know who you are, the devil cannot tell you who you are not. When you are established in knowing your identity in Christ, no evil or toxic thought will ever be able to devalue you. You will know your worth. The Holy Spirit will teach you and transform you from the old nature into the new nature. When you are confident in the knowledge of who you are in Christ, you become bold and courageous, know that your God is able to do, exceedingly, abundantly, more than you can ask or even dare to imagine.
When you know who you are, no one can devalue you and nothing can stop you in this life.
