My Thought Life

Pastor Zubeda Sing · 2 min read

“For as he thinks within himself, so is he”
Prov 23v7

Guard your thoughts. Be on your guard as to what you allow yourself to think. Your thoughts matter, just as your words do. A structured mind, brings a structured life. We have the mind of Christ so we can meditate on good thoughts. Thoughts of success and victory. You have to be intentional in your life of thoughts. If you guard your thougths, you will guard your words. How we think of ourselves is how we will behave. Our attitude in life will be shaped by our thoughts. If we are insecure all the time, we will be insecure around people and people will slowly start to avoid us. If we think people do not like us, then we will start to avoid people as we feel we do not fit in. That is not true, it is about what we were thinking.

When the ten spies were sent out to spy the land, only two of them came back with a good report, the other 8 had a bad report. The eight saw themselves as grasshoppers, they actually said that the enemy saw them as grass hoppers yet they did not even interact with them. They had only gone out to spy the land and it seemed impossible to them. Caleb and Joshua were not of the same spirit. They saw the giants too but they were fully convinced by Faith that God would give the land into their hands. Infact, God had already given the land to them but none of them knew.

If you see things as impossible, then they will be impossible, but If you believe that all things are possible then all things will be possible to you. You have to channel your thoughts and let them be conducive to what you believe. Think God thoughts. Put on the mind of Christ. All things are possible to you who believe.
