The Thriver is Positioned for Greatness

Daniel had every reason to complain. He was taken from the courts where he lived in favour and good success. He had his name changed and he was even told what to eat. His familiar surroundings were absolutely challenged and he had to learn a whole new way of living, all of this against his will. He could not change any of this with his own strength so he decided to tap into the God strength on the inside of Him. He knew he was a covenant child of God and the ability of God in Him could make the changes necessary for him to live successfully. Daniel took courage and decided that he would not accept the new status quo. He refused to eat the food offered by the king. When he tapped into the God ability and favour on the inside of him, He found favour with the Eunuch. He had to first tap into the ability of God in him before God worked on his behalf. There was a choice, there was a decision that had to be made. He was God inside minded and God set his greatness in motion. He found favour with the king. He was given the ability to be comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Note that he did not argue about the name change, he went with the flow. Daniel knew when to go forward and when to retreat. He knew that they could change his name but they could never the change the name of His God.

The thriver knows that they are positioned for greatness, not because they have the ability, but because the thriver is God inside minded. He knows that the plans and purposes of God have set his success and victory in motion. It is not by might, nor by power but by the very spirit of the living God. God orders the footsteps of the thriver, so the thriver walks boldly and in God confidence. No weapon formed against the thriver can prosper. The greatness the thriver is called to is sure, it may not be in the timing the thriver would like, but the thriver knows, that they know, that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly, above that the thriver can ask or even dare to imagine.
