“But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.”
Oh, what joy to give to the house of God. It is an absolute pleasure to partner with God’s kingdom. We are blessed and we are not only blessed because we bring seed and partner with the house of God. We are blessed and empowered to prosper because Jesus is the Lord of our life. Salvation has brought us benefits untold. We live in financial blessings because God loves us. We bring seed to the house of God because we love him.
God is watching our hearts when we give. We do not give out of fear. We do not give out of necessity but we give because we love God and are grateful for what He has done in our lives, what He is doing in our lives and what He will continue to do in our lives.
Be joyful in your giving and soon you will be a hilarious giver. The blessing of the Lord will continue prosper you in all of your ways. It is not about money, even though money is part of it, but it is wholeness and increase all the days of your life.
