Rise and Be Healed

“Isaiah, leaving, was not halfway across the courtyard when the word of GOD stopped him: “Go back and tell Hezekiah, prince of my people, ‘GOD’s word, Hezekiah! From the God of your ancestor David: I’ve listened to your prayer and I’ve observed your tears. I’m going to heal you. In three days you will walk on your own legs into The Temple of GOD.2”
The prophet Isaiah had come to the house King Hezekiah to let him know that God was not pleased with him. He would be sick and he would die. The king turned on his bed after the prophet left and repented. God stopped the prophet even before he left the yard of the king and said to the prophet that He, God had heard the cry of the King and he would heal him and give him a further 15 years to live. Wow! A God who hears and answers prayer. The fact that the king repented, caused the heart of God to extend his life.
We, as the family of God who are born again and spirit filled have an even better life. Jesus died on the cross and rose again on the third day. He paid for our healing and by grace we are to live sickness and disease free. God sent his word and healed us. His word is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, diving asunder, the bone and the marrow. When I hear the words, bone and marrow, I get excited. It challenges me to hear the word of God more because God sends his word with a mission. So if I am in pain or sick, I send the bone to the area that is in pain or sick and the word has to accomplish what God sent it to do. I have experienced the healing power of God, again and again.
Please do not accept sickness and disease in your life, no matter what. Rise and be healed, in the name of Jesus. By grace and power you are healed in the mighty name of Jesus.
