Practising a Worry Free Life

“Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof”
In this day and hour, it seems impossible not to worry. There are just so many things we face and so much is being demanded of us. It would seem our income is far less than our expenses and as a result even though we do not mean to, we find ourselves a little anxious and worrying. The only way to conquer worry is to apply the word of God to your and say it out of your mouth into the atmosphere.
“Father, thank You that I have been rescued from the dominion of darkness and brought into the Kingdom of the Son You love. I loose the feeling of anxiety from my emotions, and determine to live free from worry in the name of Jesus, for the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
I humble myself under Your mighty power and at the right time, You will lift me up in honor. I give all my worries and cares to You, for You care about me. I pile all my troubles on Your shoulders. Thank You for carrying my load and helping me out. You’ll never let me fall into ruin. Father, I take delight in You, and You perfect that which concerns me.
I break down every thought and proud thing that puts itself up against the wisdom of God. I take hold of every thought and make it obey Christ. I rid myself of everything that gets in the way and the sin that tries to hold on to me so tightly. I run with determination the race that lies before me, keeping my mind worthy of praise. I will not let my heart be troubled. I live in You and Your words remain in me and live in my heart. I do not forget what manner of person I am. I look into the perfect law that sets me free; I do what it says; I do not forget what I have heard and God blesses me for doing it.
Thank You, Father. I refuse to worry about anything; instead, I pray about everything and the peace of God which transcends all understanding guards my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Amen.
I trust your heart will rest from worry as you meditate on this declaration, making it a part of your daily life when worry will try to visit.
