The Blessing of Healing

We carry in us the anointing to heal the sick. We are blessed with this anointing, we are empowered to heal the sick. Sickness is an enemy. We should never court sickness or disease in our lives. We should not embrace it or accept it as normal if we are born again and spirit filled.

Sickness and disease tries its best to come knocking at our door. We live in a world that is sickness and disease ridden hence we have become comfortable with people being sick. This should not be the case. We do not have sickness as an inheritance and we should try at all costs never to say, “my sickness”, or my “diabetes” or “high blood pressure”. No so not own it. Refuse it and reject it in Jesus name.

It may sound harsh, but we have to change our mindset about sickness and disease. We have been healed by the stripes of Jesus. If there is a sickness or disease that has been diagnosed, treat it as a person who has come in uninvited. Refuse to let them in. Once a name is given to the sickness or disease, you have to address it and remind it that it has to bow to the name of Jesus. Please put this in to practice and remind yourself again and again that you are blessed to be healthy and whole in Jesus, name.
