Learn to Let Go

Paul was a mighty man of God, an apostle. Yet even this great man who had abundance of revelation, had to learn to let go. He understood that as long as he held onto the old, he could never embrace the new.

I am not sure where you are at in your life, but one thing I can guarantee, if you are stuck in your past or in unforgiveness, your life is going nowhere. The GPS of your life is saying, re-routing and giving you many different routes to take, but because you refuse to let go, you are stuck in the same place. You may go to work and have time with your family, but have you listened carefully to the words that come out of your mouth? Same old, same old.

The bible says, out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth will speak. So, you can locate a person by the words they speak. Only you can let go of the things that are holding you back. I need to ask a question here. Is it worth holding on when there is so much more God wants to do for you? If you are finding it hard to let go, get help, speak to someone spiritually mature so they can help you. Come on, we are looking forward to seeing you in the best God has called you to.

In our home, we use an app called life 360 to locate where each of us are, actually the app tells us where each family member is. It allows you to map out the various destinations that we normally go to. This helps us if we are wandering where someone in the family is. In our own lives, we as family members can locate each other in our daily lives, we just know if someone is acting out, they are having a melt-down, we know what the problem is. Let’s help each other so we can let go and let God do his will and way in our lives.
