The Grace for Silence
Pastor Zubeda Sing · 1 min read

“Now such people we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ to settle down and work quietly and earn their own food and other necessities [supporting themselves instead of depending on the hospitality of others].”
Sometimes the most skillful use of the tongue is keeping it still. Definitely keeping out of others business is a great idea. Learn the language of silence. Develop the art of listening and not speaking. We all have the tendency of interfering as we feel that the person is not handling things the way they should.
Please learn from me and stay out of people’s business. I fought too many fights that were not mine to fight in the first place, just because I decided to get involved. Oh what drama. I have since learnt (not quite mastered yet) the language of silence and “shut up! And listen!.
When you operate I the prophetic, God shows you things way ahead when no one else can see it. If you like me, you will feel the need to say something. No, leave well alone. God has his perfect way of working things out. Let God be God.
If you are offended by the use of language forgive me but it is an important lesson in this life.
