Thankful for the Love of God

“and hope putteth not to shame; because the love of God hath been shed abroad in our hearts through the Holy Spirit which was given unto us.”
in our natural self we find it impossible to love the unlovely and sometimes even those whom we do love. Jesus knew that, that is why he gave us his super natural love. He sent the Holy Spirit to shed God’s love into our hearts. He gave us a foundation upon which to build. Love is a gift God has given us in this salvation walk as one of the criteria to live successfully was to love one another as Christ loved us.
Jesus says by this all men shall know that we are his disciples. Grow in your love walk and when you are finding it difficult, ask the Holy Spirit to teach you to love. We give thanks unto the Lord for his goodness and his spirit of love that He has placed in our hearts so that we can love naturally, supernaturally, with the help of the Holy Spirit.
