Thankful for the Ability to Give
Pastor Wesley & Yajhna Sing · 2 min read

“As for you, the anointing [the special gift, the preparation] which you received from Him remains [permanently] in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you. But just as His anointing teaches you [giving you insight through the presence of the Holy Spirit] about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as His anointing has taught you, you must remain in Him [being rooted in Him, knit to Him].”
Jesus is the epitome of giving. He gave his life for you and me. He died on the cross and paid for our sins so that we might live sin free. We are free from lack. We have been given seed to sow. It may be challenging to give as you have so much debt or things you have to pay for. The enemy will constantly remind you of reasons why you cannot give. I say to you, you cannot afford not to be a giver. Giving makes you a partner in the kingdom of God so a harvest is not far away. Step out of fear and walk in to faith, the faith to give so you can partner and be assured that God is no man’s debtor, what he has promised, he will definitely fulfil his promise of giving you are harvest on the seeds you sow.
I challenge you, take stock of your giving and see how God has taken care of your finances this year and provided for your needs. Let this be a motivation to you to be a cheerful giver as we come into 2025 and let it be said of you, I am a giver!
